Privacy policy.

01Who we are

PreviewFirst is a service of Tu Página Ya, a web design studio based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This policy covers tupaginaya.net.ar/miami, the sample clinic at tupaginaya.net.ar/miami/demo, and the messages we exchange with you about your website.

The websites we build for clinics have their own privacy policy, written for each clinic and its patients. This page is about you, the clinic owner or manager who contacts us.

02What we collect

What you send through the preview form:

• your clinic's name;
• your website or Instagram account;
• your email address;
• your WhatsApp number, if you choose to give it, and whether you checked the box allowing us to contact you there;
• the language you were reading the page in and, if you arrived from one of our emails, which finding that email mentioned.

What you send us directly by email or WhatsApp: your messages and any material you share for your website, such as your logo, photos and treatment list.

What is collected automatically by Google Analytics and Google Ads: pages viewed, time on the site, device and browser type, approximate location (city or region) and how you reached us. See section 04.

Our form does not ask for, and we do not want, any medical information about your patients. Please don't include it in the form, in emails or in WhatsApp messages.

03How we use it

• to prepare and send the free preview of your website;
• to answer your questions and, if you hire us, to build, publish and support your website;
• to send you a secure payment link and a payment receipt when you approve your website;
• to understand, in aggregate, how people use this page and whether our ads work, so we can improve both.

We don't add you to newsletters or automated marketing lists.

04Analytics and ads

This site uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure traffic, and the Google Ads tag, which sets cookies to measure whether a visit that came from one of our ads ended in an inquiry, and to show ads for our services on Google.

We don't use these tools to identify you personally, and we don't send them what you type into the form. You can:

• turn off ad personalization at adssettings.google.com;
• install Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on;
• block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site keeps working without them.

We also remember your language choice (English or Spanish) in your browser's local storage. It stays on your device.

05Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we don't share it for others' marketing.

We only share it with the service providers we need to run the service:

• Google (Analytics and Ads), as described above;
• our hosting provider, which stores the form submissions;
• the payment platform that sends your payment link and receipt;
• the domain registrar, when we register your clinic's domain in your clinic's name.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it. Because we work from Argentina, your information is processed and stored outside the United States.

06Email and WhatsApp

If you checked the WhatsApp box, we write to you there only about your preview and your website. If you didn't, we reply by email.

To stop our messages at any time: reply UNSUBSCRIBE (or BAJA) to any email, or STOP on WhatsApp. We remove you the same business day.

07How long we keep it

We keep your information while we're in contact or working together, or until you ask us to delete it, except for payment records we may be required to keep.

08Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see the information we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to [email protected] from the email you used, and we'll confirm once it's done.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy law. We'll honor any request you make through the same email, at no cost.

09Changes and contact

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
